We participate with Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare and Aetna – Valley Health Plans. If we are not in-network with your specific plan, our insurance specialists will coordinate with your plan directly to find the most coverage for your treatment.
We accept most forms of payment including American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
We also accept Care Credit*, Alle Pay and PatientFi** Financing. If you need additional information or assistance, please contact our office.
